Weekday Love

A fun weekend of adventures that carried us to a couple of state parks.  One that had a lake for a cool dip in the water and one that had a great festival going on.  Already planning for the next weekend trip.  What is going on with your week?

Wednesday Love

We were supposed to spend part of our weekend running a race...but because of the recent rains the James River is high so the race was cancelled (part of the race involved tubing the river).  So instead of racing, we decided a little adventure to Virginia Beach was in order.  It was a much needed get away and quality time spent together.  Nothing like a little fresh salt air!

Nothing like a 5k in the park with a little glow action to set the mood!  Maymont RVA Glow Run was a blast!  So excited we got to take part in their first event!  It was super hot!  But so much fun!

Monday Love

 

4th of July has come and gone...a few races have been run...and I've made a couple new friends that like to hang around and keep me company.  Life is good.  I'm feeling the Monday Love.
